  • PLC Intelligent Control & Fault Self-Diagnosis

    PLC controller with fault diagnosis displays accurate error information in real time for quick troubleshooting. The machine auto-stops when a fault is detected to prevent further damage.

  • One-Key Die Change System

    Operators input parameters via the HMI interface; the servo system automatically adjusts mold spacing and pressure curves for seamless product changeovers.

  • CCD Vision Inspection System

    CCD image detection automatically identifies and rejects cups with damage, stains, or defects — enabling quality inspection without manual intervention and reducing secondary contamination.

  • Stepless Speed & Auto Correction

    Real-time stepless speed adjustment (180–200 cups/min without gear changes). Tension sensors and vision systems keep defect rates below 0.3%.
